Do I need a referral?
No. You do not need a referral from your doctor. Text, call, or use the form — we typically have same-week appointments.
Do you take insurance?
We accept most major plans including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Point32 (Harvard/Tufts), OPTUM, Evernorth, Mass General Brigham, and Medicare (medication management, provider-specific). We verify benefits before your first visit.
Is telehealth available?
Yes. HIPAA-compliant video across Massachusetts, with in-person care in Winchester and Peabody. Licensed telehealth also includes NH, VT, FL, WA, ND, ID, and CO — you must be in a licensed state at the time of the visit.
Do you see teens?
Yes, for psychiatric evaluation and medication management starting at age 13. Talk therapy with our licensed clinical social workers is for adults only.
