Bedre is Norwegian for better. We’re a small psychiatric practice growing on purpose — and we care who grows with us.
The work is personal: psychiatric nurse practitioners and licensed therapists who know their patients, in Winchester and Peabody, with telehealth across Massachusetts. We’re building the practice we wish existed — unhurried, whole-person, a better day at a time.
If you’re a clinician who wants to practice that way, or you’d like to support the practice from the operations side, we’d like to hear from you. We don’t keep a public job board. Write a note about who you are and what you’re looking for.
